Professional Operation Ordered a Power King 5 inch wood chipper that was on-sale W/electric start & extended axel & included shipping. Verified price & extras by phone W/Ryan before I ordered, he confirmed them as included. Placed the on-line order and received a confirmation. Item arrived in large semi, lift gated to ground at my barn door. I do recommend you have someone to help you if you do not have equipment to move a small 450 pound pallet. A large furniture dolly would probably work too. All in all, a good experience. I recommend Wood Splitter Outlet as a retailer for wood/timer equipment.

The emergency shut off switch vibrated loose a few times but that's OK, I would suggest To post on the hopper to look down it every time before starting, Just in case something or someone didn't get in it, Even if you just took a 10 minute break. The service from WSO was five star… The service from WSO was five star excellent but the issue we had with the oil seal was the engine manufacturers issue. I elected to not press the issue any further as our repair was satisfactory and I have too much on my plate now but the machine works fantastic and performs exactly as described.
