I was disappointed it took 4 months to… I was disappointed it took 4 months to get my Berkey filter system. Other Berkey dealers had them after everyone couldn't get them. My package did not include an instruction booklet. There was no testing red dye included which other companies sent out. I will get my supplies elsewhere in the future.

Wonderful experience Wonderful experience. My Sterilight bulb and Quartz sleeve broke in transit. When I opened the package and discovered the damage, I took pictures and e-mailed the company. Dan Peters was awesome - he responded promptly and told me he was shipping a replacement set and thanked me for the pictures to help them file a claim with the carrier. He followed up with me and let me know when my replacement was shipped and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use RainHarvest Systems again next year when it is time to replace the bulb and sleeve. Thanks to Dan and the company for great customer service and support!

Seems like a good product The tank level indicator seems like it will work great. Hopefully I have it calibrated enough that I am getting a somewhat correct reading. Followed the instructions. I received a very nice email from the gentleman in charge of my order, who indicated that I could contact him with any questions or problems.

Excellent Customer Service All needed items in stock and delivered in timely manner. I had some technical questions but all supporters were unavailable. However, I left message and received callback later that day. Even though it was 5pm or maybe a little after, he stayed on the phone and thoroughly answered all my questions. Good job guys !
