GBTop notch service and products Great specialized products and service. Sparking of service, Dan Peters was very responsive and informative as my customer service rep. He gave me plenty of options for delivery when one of my ordered items was out of stock. Furthermore, he seemed to have a certain amount of expertise in rainwater catchment which is reassuring. Shipping speed was better than average and packaging of my items was well done. I would definitely buy from again.

GBI was disappointed it took 4 months to… I was disappointed it took 4 months to get my Berkey filter system. Other Berkey dealers had them after everyone couldn't get them. My package did not include an instruction booklet. There was no testing red dye included which other companies sent out. I will get my supplies elsewhere in the future.
