GBAs to ordering on line it was easy but… As to ordering on line it was easy but real tell sign is if the right product is sent and fits.Previous vendor sent the wrong size, in the process of returning their poor selection.

GB4 weeks and no merchandise 4 weeks and I still haven't received the product I ordered. Contacted their customer service, and they said "we'll check with the supplier." That was a week ago. (No email with tracking information was received from this company - over a week later I got an email from Fedex with a tracking number and some other company's name as the sender)

GBI reviewed my account to see when the… I reviewed my account to see when the items I ordered would be delivered. One item was listed as temporarily discontinued however I was still charged for it. I called the number on your site. Spoke with Vince regarding why I would be charged for something that was discontinued. He advised me that the 2 items I ordered would be shipped today. One of the items was listed as arriving (at least by) 3/18/24 which was a week ago. The other item (the one that was supposedly unavailable) was schedule to be here no later than3/26/24, today is 3/25/24. Needless to say it is not going to be here on 3/26/24.

GBFantastic from Start to Finish The ordering experience through the website was easy and they had both outdoor fridge models I needed where others did not. Knowing that the fridge models were hard to find I even called the day after my order to make sure they actually had them. They called their warehouse, confirmed they were indeed in stock and that I'd receive them shortly. Sure enough I received the shipping confirmation that day and received both refrigerators exactly 7 days after ordering them...and that included the Thanksgiving holiday in between those!

GBHad to cal multiple times to get update… Had to cal multiple times to get update on when products would ship. Was told multiple times they incorrect dates and would have to follow back up since nothing arrived when I was told. Would also be told from reps they would get back to me with information as to when items would be coming in or shipping out but would never hear back so I would have to follow back up myself. Probably contacted customer service 10 times and still haven’t received my products that were supposed to ship multiple weeks ago. Also I still don’t have an accurate date when the grill is supposed to arrive.
