Excellent customer service ! I ordered the wrong part number and I was informed that I could order the right parts . Return the wrong part for a refund . I’m still waiting for the two different deliveries , not a fault of yours , FedEx said they couldn’t deliver the package because nobody was home . That was Bologna , I was here all day long and waiting for the delivery , even had the gate propped open so the driver would have easy access to the premises . Nick , your Salesman did an excellent job of handling my purchase . Thank you for your expertise . I will highly recommend your company to anyone who wants to have a great experience shopping for their needs .

Just to let you know that I got my Grill Grate Just to let you know that I got my Weber grill grate 7670 today 17Apr2024. It was shipped 04Apr2024. This is not your problem, it took 2 weeks for me to get a welding hood from Lincoln as well from USPS.

Highly recommend! I called to get help with an order of a grill and other parts for an outdoor kitchen. They were very helpful in making sure I had the components I needed and gave me a discount for purchasing a bundle, which was greatly appreciated. My order came quickly and we had no issues with delivery. It was all very easy. I would highly recommend them!

Happy with the process.. I was perusing the internet for different grill options, and after looking at the choices at Kickass Grills, spoke with your representative (Nick, I think). I was given all the info I needed to make a decision. He walked me through the order; it was mostly painless - except for having to pay at the end. Now, I'm just waiting for delivery.
