GBI ordered my large rug for my living… I ordered my large rug for my living room, after placing my order I was alarmed when I read reviews about this company. My rug was £239 and is 3m x 3m However I needn’t have worried my rug arrived with fedex in 6 days from placing my order. The rug is absolutely stunning, size, quality and colour is beautiful exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely order again from them. Ignore negative reviews maybe they were for a lesser quality cheaper product I don’t know, but ours is stunning 🤩

GBI purshased small rug at £120 it looks… I purshased small rug at £120 it looks cheap and nothing like the photo on the website. I want to return it but have seen on their webpage that it has to be returned to switzerland or USA and I have to pay the postage. I find this company totally misleading why advertise rugs uk when it is not a uk company

GBI absolutely love this outdoor rug I absolutely love this outdoor rug. Looks like an indoor one but totally water resistant. Well worth the money!

GBIf you think it’s too good to be true … remember it is. Ordered a green rug … it’s not green or has ever seen the colour green. Pictures are VERY misleading. Not even worth the sale price let alone the over £200 original price tag. Only found out their actual location (NOT UK) after ordering so a return isn’t cost effective. Avoid!

GBNice rug but Ordered a 6ft x 6ft rug and when it came it's lovely lucky it was exactly the colours I wanted, but I don't think I would order again just incase the colour wasn't what I thought seeing the company isn't based in the UK dispite the rug.co.uk. title..as it's to expensive to return abroad..and I didn't realise it wasn't UK based..
