Warning. Do not place an order with this company. The rug we ordered arrived damaged. I informed the company and sent photographs. They refused to collect item or send label for a return. Told to send back at my expense to an address in Switzerland or USA at cost of £60. I phoned the company and said this was not acceptable. I was told to cut the loose threads from the rug and keep it. After sending over 15 emails and making a call to USA I did get a resolution. But, I should have read reviews before I placed an order. The company is not in the UK and the quality of the rug we received was very poor.

The 65% off The 65% off. The email for the sale said it was ending that day. However, when I went through to the payment page, it said there were still 2 and half days left of the 65% off. This was great news, as it gave me longer to think about my purchase. The rug arrived well packaged and we are very lease with it.

I ordered my large rug for my living… I ordered my large rug for my living room, after placing my order I was alarmed when I read reviews about this company. My rug was £239 and is 3m x 3m However I needn’t have worried my rug arrived with fedex in 6 days from placing my order. The rug is absolutely stunning, size, quality and colour is beautiful exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely order again from them. Ignore negative reviews maybe they were for a lesser quality cheaper product I don’t know, but ours is stunning 🤩

Don't be fooled by the ".co.uk" website… Don't be fooled by the ".co.uk" website address. I purchased a rug for £79, when it arrived, the colours were nowhere near as vibrant as the pictures on the website. I enquired about returning it and was told it would cost me £61 as you cannot return them to their UK warehouse, they have to be sent to their warehouse in Switzerland or the USA........... I really wish I had looked at the "returns" section of their website first as I would not have ordered from them if that was the case. They did give me a "partial refund" of £24 but I'm still pretty much out of pocket with a rug that did not meet expectations
