GBIf you think it’s too good to be true … remember it is. Ordered a green rug … it’s not green or has ever seen the colour green. Pictures are VERY misleading. Not even worth the sale price let alone the over £200 original price tag. Only found out their actual location (NOT UK) after ordering so a return isn’t cost effective. Avoid!

GBFantastic range of gorgeous rugs Great website, huge choice of lovely rugs. Easy to use filters were very useful and saved me having to look through pages of rugs which did not fit my criteria. Delighted to find an all cotton rug in the colour I wanted, the size I wanted and the price I wanted. Excellent!!

GBWarning. Do not place an order with this company. The rug we ordered arrived damaged. I informed the company and sent photographs. They refused to collect item or send label for a return. Told to send back at my expense to an address in Switzerland or USA at cost of £60. I phoned the company and said this was not acceptable. I was told to cut the loose threads from the rug and keep it. After sending over 15 emails and making a call to USA I did get a resolution. But, I should have read reviews before I placed an order. The company is not in the UK and the quality of the rug we received was very poor.
