This was great news, as it gave me longer to think about my purchase. The rug arrived well packaged and we are very lease with it.

GBAgree with all the one-star reviews. Agree with all the one-star reviews. I didn’t realise it’s a US company. I ordered 11 days ago, it’s not arrived yet. No UK customer service number to call. I’m a bit suspicious of all the “Delighted” reviews.

GBAlthough called Rugs UK - its abroad Although called Rugs UK, until you get to the end they are all shipped from America, and not all rugs can be viewed by the room viewer - not available on all rugs! So we wait to see if its as described and colour etc
