GBNot UK based company, misleading Website doesn't make it clear this isn't a UK based company. I have only received messages saying there maybe delays in replying to emails and sending tracking information. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. The experience so far is not reassuring and if the rug is not suitable, it will cost too much to return . If my rug arrives and is ok I will amend my review but with the doubtful reviews, contact so far only stipulating delays I'm not hopeful.

GBAgree with all the one-star reviews. Agree with all the one-star reviews. I didn’t realise it’s a US company. I ordered 11 days ago, it’s not arrived yet. No UK customer service number to call. I’m a bit suspicious of all the “Delighted” reviews.

GBGreat selection Plenty of rugs to choose from, in every imaginable size. The web site is easy to use and check out is easy. The only problem is trying to decide which rug to purchase. The delivery is usually quite fast, and we have had no problems with anything that we have ordered. So definitely recommend.

GBThe 65% off The 65% off. The email for the sale said it was ending that day. However, when I went through to the payment page, it said there were still 2 and half days left of the 65% off. This was great news, as it gave me longer to think about my purchase. The rug arrived well packaged and we are very lease with it.
