GBWarning. Do not place an order with this company. The rug we ordered arrived damaged. I informed the company and sent photographs. They refused to collect item or send label for a return. Told to send back at my expense to an address in Switzerland or USA at cost of £60. I phoned the company and said this was not acceptable. I was told to cut the loose threads from the rug and keep it. After sending over 15 emails and making a call to USA I did get a resolution. But, I should have read reviews before I placed an order. The company is not in the UK and the quality of the rug we received was very poor.

GBAgree with all the one-star reviews. Agree with all the one-star reviews. I didn’t realise it’s a US company. I ordered 11 days ago, it’s not arrived yet. No UK customer service number to call. I’m a bit suspicious of all the “Delighted” reviews.

GBI purshased small rug at £120 it looks… I purshased small rug at £120 it looks cheap and nothing like the photo on the website. I want to return it but have seen on their webpage that it has to be returned to switzerland or USA and I have to pay the postage. I find this company totally misleading why advertise rugs uk when it is not a uk company

GBAlthough called Rugs UK - its abroad Although called Rugs UK, until you get to the end they are all shipped from America, and not all rugs can be viewed by the room viewer - not available on all rugs! So we wait to see if its as described and colour etc
