Single parent carer ripped off Single parent carer , housebound by disabilities myself . I bought a £69 rug but it was not big enough . It’s not a uk based company, so the name is very misleading - I found that out upon return , which cost £15 . So to date I’m £84 out of pocket , which to Rugs.not.uk is nothing but to me that’s a good weeks food shopping . Of course I’ve contacted them and I’ve had scattered responses ….3 days after their last ‘ don’t worry please wait ‘ email I’m still chasing them up for my money it’s been a month since I ordered the rug . I’m £84 out of pocket and no rug . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

Lovely Choice of rugs. Lovely choice of rugs in lots of different shapes and sizes. Prices good. Can't yet comment on the actual rug purchased as only just ordered it. Website easy to manoeuvre round. Would have been better to have asked me for a review on Trustpilot after delivery to get the full service review.

Genuine company, but outlandish carbon footprint UK storefront .co.uk for an American company, which can be misleading - they would do better to be more upfront about that (although they don't actually hide the fact) to ensure a less nerve-fraying experience for customers. Nevertheless, having ordered a Light Blue Vienna Square Rug, it arrived 5 days later, all the way from California via Memphis, in perfect condition. We are very happy with it, it seems good quality for the price, although having been mass produced in Turkey, then shipped to my home in UK via California it racks up a prodigious carbon footprint.

Fantastic range of gorgeous rugs Great website, huge choice of lovely rugs. Easy to use filters were very useful and saved me having to look through pages of rugs which did not fit my criteria. Delighted to find an all cotton rug in the colour I wanted, the size I wanted and the price I wanted. Excellent!!
