Called the toll free number and… Called the toll free number and received excellent info on what size and type of PTAC would be best for my situation (400 sqft sunroom in North Carolina.) Advised that 7-10 days were required for drop ship, got it on day 10. Ordered PTAC using the website, easy, no issues. Unit works great, had it installed by my HVAC tech during annual maintenance of other units (gas pack and mini split.)

The company does not care about its… Their customers The company does not care about its customer. I ordered a unit it took them 12 days to get it shipped out of the warehouse and get it to me. Leaving Tennessee going to southern Indiana. It’s a five hour ride. They ignored me. They push me off and they do not care. I will never deal with this company again all they do is ignore you. I had to call three times and emailed them three times in a row to get a response from these people and all they do is blow me off.
