I called in and their team was extremely helpful and answered every question I had, going above and beyond to guide me every step of the way. They even gave us credit towards our order to take the old units we were replacing, which was a nice surprise considering we were going to have to pay to have them taken away originally! Everything went smoothly and we got our shipment sooner than I expected. I'd HIGHLY recommend ptac4less. 5 Stars!
