Sales rep was terrific Sales rep was terrific. Delivery service bad. I was called and told delivering would be next day, tues 7am to 11am. The next day, no call, no show. I called and they don't know what happened, ok we will be out tomorrow. Showed up within the time frame but driver drove all over my lawn because it appeared he had never driven a truck before. Not good.

Fast shipping, no customer service I was very impressed at how fast the shipping was and how well the PTAC units were packaged. The condition was as described, meaning the A rated units were obviously used with touch up paint but they looked good once installed (just don't look to closely). The reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star (considered a 3 star) was because of the customer service. I needed some clarification on the specific units that were shipped out to me. I called and the person that answered was unable to answer my question. She said I would receive a call back but 5 days later I have yet to hear from them. I hope I don't have any issues... I am not confident I will be taken care of.

Called the toll free number and… Called the toll free number and received excellent info on what size and type of PTAC would be best for my situation (400 sqft sunroom in North Carolina.) Advised that 7-10 days were required for drop ship, got it on day 10. Ordered PTAC using the website, easy, no issues. Unit works great, had it installed by my HVAC tech during annual maintenance of other units (gas pack and mini split.)
