I'll give it a stars at the moment My… I'll give it a stars at the moment My unit would be here sometime today a week after it's been ordered a email regarding shipping and order progress would have been nice I had to go into my account settings and track it they do have a decent selection online I decided upon a distinctions brand hopefully it is as good as my previous Midea which I seem to can't find anywhere took a Chance on on this and I'll let you know on an update

I had an EXCELLENT experience I had an EXCELLENT experience purchasing our units from ptac4less! We needed to replace a bulk amount of units and their prices were the best we could find by far. I called in and their team was extremely helpful and answered every question I had, going above and beyond to guide me every step of the way. They even gave us credit towards our order to take the old units we were replacing, which was a nice surprise considering we were going to have to pay to have them taken away originally! Everything went smoothly and we got our shipment sooner than I expected. I'd HIGHLY recommend ptac4less. 5 Stars!

Purchased from this company 10 years ago This was our second purchase from the company, we were sold a unit that was discontinued but was never told and instead of purchasing the unit we wanted (Amana PTAC system) we were told it would have to be ordered and without giving us information as to cost and ship dates we were persuaded to purchase the GE Unit.the unit ever worked correctly instead of the company working to get the unit replaced we had to deal with the manufacturer ourselves ( we were told they didn’t deal with warranties) it took several emails and phone calls to get unit replaced 2nd unit isn’t that great either! Beware I don’t recommend purchasing a GE/Hotpoint PTAC unit.

Great Customer Service/Product Great Customer Service! The two units arrived in a better than expected condition - no rust or random debris. No issues installing. Both PTACs work just fine so far.
