GBI was able to find the item I needed. PROS: I was able to find the item I needed at a reasonable price. The website was easy to navigate and looked great. CONS: The use of third-party companies/apps to manage to track my item was confusing. Especially because there seems to be one free option, but also another company that charges a fee. It was a lot of extra work to understand how to track my item. In addition, there was no way to estimate how long it would take to receive my item before purchasing. This is an important factor, especially around the holidays, in determining if one would like to make the purchase in the first place

GBElectric Fireplace. I ordered a 36 inch electric fireplace. They said one to two weeks to ship. I received it in exactly two weeks from ordering date. It works great with or without heat and really so beautiful to just look at. Would definitely recommend anyone to purchase one.

GBOut of business and so is parent company I purchased a fireplace in February 2024. It did not come with all parts and was scratched. They were going to send the wall switch and never did. I've been calling and messaging with no response. Their phones lines are now down and just give a busy signal but their website appears to still be operating for sales but no one has responded to multiple chat attempts and messages at the email address provided. They are supposedly owned by Fireplaces USA which has phone lines that only give a fast busy sound too. Run from this company because lots of us have not received items and cannot get support, some not receiving any of the products they purchased.
