GBI have not received my fireplace it’s… I have not received my fireplace it’s do to arrive this week sometime. But so far I had a very pleasant experience with Hearthmart from the moment I decided to order it to placing the order. Loved the following up emails with all the friendly words. I myself use to work in customer services so great job. Definitely don’t feel I have to worry about reaching out in case I should have a question or concerns. Let’s hope everything will run smoothly with the fireplace but so far 5 stars from me 😉

GBGreat fireplace and service! Arrived quickly and very easy to hang on the wall. Only issue was the box was missing a remote which Hearth Mart's customer care took care of ASAP. Great experience overall with the product and Hearth Mart.

GBLack of communication, resolved Lack of communication. I had to open a dispute on my credit card to get this canceled and refunded. why are the charging my card if this is out of stock? Update, I did receive my refund.

GBWe love the fireplace We love the fireplace. The delivery by Fed-ex was disappointing, however, as they left it in the middle of the driveway where it blew over. The fireplace seems to be working fine though.
