I purchased the Playology dual layer… I purchased the Playology dual layer bone for my puppy. It wasn't to her liking, finicky puppy. I emailed Karen bc she said that if my pet isn't satisfied, Karen will make it right!! KAREN SURE DID!!! She gave me ideas to interest my pup but they didn't work. Karen is sending a new toy!!! What a FANTASTIC RELIABLE FRIENDLY COMPANY!!!

4 minutes of chewing $25 later I purchased a Playology round donut style toy and paid roughly $25 for it. After looking at different people experiences I decided for that price it has to be good. I brought the toy home to my 16 month American Staffordshire Terrier and she had it in shreds and swallowing pieces within 4 minutes.

Amazing Customer Service! I recently had an issue with a toy I purchased, my 13 month old pup literally destroyed in a matter of no time at all... I contacted customer service, and they were More than helpful and happy to replace the toy and send out another with it as well. I reached out to KONG with a similar issue and got absolutely nowhere with them!! It was at this point I realized I Playology will be my First Choice when it comes to toys for my pets!!

You've tried the rest,now buy from the BEST! Great customer service. Karen found the perfect product for my newly adopted furbaby. My aggressive chewer absolutely loves the beef flavored ring. It never leaves her side, PLUS she hasn't destroyed it either!!! Playology will be the ONLY company I will purchase from in the future. True to their word At first I thought these toys were a little pricy but after owning a couple, Brick the labradoodle destroyed only one. Remembering the Playology guarantee I contacted Karen. As they promise not only did she replace it, she did so with one that would match Brick's play style. The great quality is not only in their products but in their customer service. I would recommend this company and their products 100%.
