Best toy our dog has ever had Our Rottweiler who's two and a half years old absolutely destroys every toy and loses interest quite quickly. We have three playology toys now and he absolutely love them. If you put one in his mouth you can cut his nails give him a bath or do whatever you want and as long as he has that ball or bone in his mouth he's happy. It's probably the best toy we've ever had. Yes they're expensive but well worth every dime.

Amazing Customer Service!! The customer service experience was amazing. I had a slight issue with my toy and I sent an email to the contact info on the back of the packaging. I sent in pictures and a description of what occurred with the toy. After speaking with one of the staff, they were able to send me a new toy that better suited my pup. Amazing company who truly cares about their customer. I have tried so many toys in the past and none of them have worked. I am so grateful for Playology and their amazing customer services

My 10 year old boy absolutely LOVES the… My 10 year old boy absolutely LOVES the dri-weave dental rope. It's his favorite of all the toys he has.. I was a little worried when I couldn't find it at my local pet store anymore but now that I've learned I can order it directly from Playology, all is right in my doggie world. ❤❤

Customer service is great! I had a great experience with Karen in customer care! After my dog destroyed two toys within minutes, I reached out expressing my disappointment since these toys are not inexpensive and are marketed as tough. Karen listened to my feedback and suggested that I try one of their higher ranked toys for my dog. She provided two recommendations, asked which flavor I wanted and sent me two brand new toys for free! It’s been a few months and my dog hasn’t made a dent in either but plays with them all the time. Thank you to Karen for working with me and restoring my faith in the company!

Customer service done right! I recently purchased a Playology chew toy for our 5 month old setter pup but unfortunately he wasn’t overly interested in it. I reached out to karen@playologypets (see back of package) for advice with how to get him more engaged. She quickly responded with advice and asked if I would be willing to try one of their other toys. This customer service department is hands down, one of the best I have communicated with.
