Amazing Customer Service! I recently had an issue with a toy I purchased, my 13 month old pup literally destroyed in a matter of no time at all... I contacted customer service, and they were More than helpful and happy to replace the toy and send out another with it as well. I reached out to KONG with a similar issue and got absolutely nowhere with them!! It was at this point I realized I Playology will be my First Choice when it comes to toys for my pets!!

Good buying experience, great toys Super easy purchasing experience and I love that if we can get free shipping and let Playology have the profits vs "others." That said, I appreciate Petco for having exposed me to the products in their store, too! We regularly buy the Playology Large Rope toy for our dog because she loves it, loves the squeaking on her teeth as she unknots it, shakes it, scissors at the threads and pulls on it when we hold one end. A great toy - I think this is our 5th in 9-months.

4 minutes of chewing $25 later I purchased a Playology round donut style toy and paid roughly $25 for it. After looking at different people experiences I decided for that price it has to be good. I brought the toy home to my 16 month American Staffordshire Terrier and she had it in shreds and swallowing pieces within 4 minutes.

You couldn't ask for better service You couldn't ask for better service or more consideration. I wrote to say my dog didn't care about the chew toy I had purchased for him. The person I was dealing with asked questions about him and sent me pictures of possible toys of interest and then mailed me a replacement.We went back and forth several times. She couldn't have been more helpful.

I purchased the Playology dual layer… I purchased the Playology dual layer bone for my puppy. It wasn't to her liking, finicky puppy. I emailed Karen bc she said that if my pet isn't satisfied, Karen will make it right!! KAREN SURE DID!!! She gave me ideas to interest my pup but they didn't work. Karen is sending a new toy!!! What a FANTASTIC RELIABLE FRIENDLY COMPANY!!!
