GBAmazing Customer Service! I recently had an issue with a toy I purchased, my 13 month old pup literally destroyed in a matter of no time at all... I contacted customer service, and they were More than helpful and happy to replace the toy and send out another with it as well. I reached out to KONG with a similar issue and got absolutely nowhere with them!! It was at this point I realized I Playology will be my First Choice when it comes to toys for my pets!!

GBAmazing Customer Service!! The customer service experience was amazing. I had a slight issue with my toy and I sent an email to the contact info on the back of the packaging. I sent in pictures and a description of what occurred with the toy. After speaking with one of the staff, they were able to send me a new toy that better suited my pup. Amazing company who truly cares about their customer. I have tried so many toys in the past and none of them have worked. I am so grateful for Playology and their amazing customer services

GBKaren was so helpful when my puppy… Karen was so helpful when my puppy chewed through what I thought was an indestructible bone. She responded immediately and offered to send me two new ones to replace the ones that were ruined. This company stands by their name and their customer service is top notch. Hard to find anymore. Highly recommend buying their products!!

GBCustomer service is great! I had a great experience with Karen in customer care! After my dog destroyed two toys within minutes, I reached out expressing my disappointment since these toys are not inexpensive and are marketed as tough. Karen listened to my feedback and suggested that I try one of their higher ranked toys for my dog. She provided two recommendations, asked which flavor I wanted and sent me two brand new toys for free! It’s been a few months and my dog hasn’t made a dent in either but plays with them all the time. Thank you to Karen for working with me and restoring my faith in the company!

GBGreat customer service Bought a rope bone and rubber stick for my 3 small dogs - no interest whatsoever. Contacted email address on packaging for customer service. They were very responsive and sent me 2 different toys to try - a bone and a ball. Dogs are showing more interest in these. Not sure the scented toys are making a difference, but happy with a company that stands behind its products and tried to make it right.
