Great customer service I was looking for a hand crank flashlight and was taken to the air n water website. I got the help I needed from Vincent who not only knows the items but was very curtious & professional. He followed up with my order a couple of times to make sure it would be recieved in the time frame we needed. I will be using this business for future needs. Excellent customer service I purchased a wine fridge six months ago that ultimately died on me. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the response was and how quickly they remedied the issue and sent me a replacement fridge. Would absolutely do business with again

Christine wonderful .... Product received, inoperative Christine in customer service has provided very good service. Communication is important and she provided fast honest answers. The product that i purchased did not work properly. It was inoperative when it arrived. A new Pump should be on its way to me soon. I have to repair the Cooler myself. That's better than shipping it back. Hopefully i will have a working item soon.
