I was immediately given a return number and postage paid label. As soon as the product was returned, I received a full refund. This is the way a business should be run. Kudos! On top of everything Stellar communication Shipping back to them for warranty==$$$$===--YUP warranty service The only thing that was unsettling.. VERY costly.. I will think twice again before opting for a warranty coverage. Just for the mere fact of the costly shipping back to them for a repair or a replacement

Excellent customer service I purchased a wine fridge six months ago that ultimately died on me. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the response was and how quickly they remedied the issue and sent me a replacement fridge. Would absolutely do business with again
