GBLost my 20% discount Placed my order for a black and gold frame and was on back order for over a month. I called and cancelled my order and placed a new order for another frame. I received a 20% discount on the back order frame and I couldn't transfer the 20% discount toward my new order.

The selection is immense, the quality is of highest standards no matter the price range. Their customer service always goes the extra mile and exceeds my expectations. If their is any problem with you selection they will bend over backwards to ensure you are completely satisfied and then some. What ever your selection is or the price you pay, I have found the value is always greater—no matter how much it may cost.

GBYou've stopped allowing anything but… You've stopped allowing anything but full inch measurements, my pieces can measure in different increments, so now i have to order smaller frames than i would like. Also your color choices in mats has decreased. I would like to see softer color choices along with your previous choices
