I found what I needed I found what I needed, getting my purchase was faster than expected

Buyer Beware Original order was made March 7; UPS was never contacted to pick it up. The item was supposed to be a birthday gift for a March 21st birthday - nothing delivered. After several phone calls with promises to follow up (and nothing happening), the item was reordered and finally delivered on March 29. I had to ask about a refund and was offered 20%. Unacceptable and disappointing.

Shipping slow I had to call numerous times to receive any information about tracking numbers . I only got them after two weeks calling. If you have someone scheduled to install your chimney you might have a hard time finding out when to expect your order.

Issue promptly corrected The initial product delivered was incorrect but the call to Northline was pleasant with clear instructions. Returning the wrong product was easy and I promptly had the correct product.

We paid $72.00 for overnight delivery &… We paid $72.00 for overnight delivery & got it 5 days later! Very poor service & I got nothing but excuses from your customer representative it should have been at my residence on Saturday- instead- I received it on Tuesday! Would seem like I should get my overnight shipping back & pay for regular shipping!
