Large fireplace screen I ordered a large and tall, five panel fireplace screen. The screen was everything I expected. I was very happy with everything until I began to use it and as I remove and replace the screen to 10 the fire two of the caps on the bottom base fell off and the long decorative cover That causes the hinge to not be exposed continues to fall off. I probably would not buy again from this company based on the effectiveness of the screen.

Buyer Beware Original order was made March 7; UPS was never contacted to pick it up. The item was supposed to be a birthday gift for a March 21st birthday - nothing delivered. After several phone calls with promises to follow up (and nothing happening), the item was reordered and finally delivered on March 29. I had to ask about a refund and was offered 20%. Unacceptable and disappointing.
