GBBuyer Beware Original order was made March 7; UPS was never contacted to pick it up. The item was supposed to be a birthday gift for a March 21st birthday - nothing delivered. After several phone calls with promises to follow up (and nothing happening), the item was reordered and finally delivered on March 29. I had to ask about a refund and was offered 20%. Unacceptable and disappointing.

I called on several occasions with questions and every time I received competent technical advice without being shuffled from department to department. The company also has great tutorial videos on all the important components for woodstoves - these videos were a great asset! I also had a shipping issue and working with the customer support persons was a pleasure. They were proactive and communicated very well.
