The order was promptly filled and… The order was promptly filled and shipped...however the package in transit must have fallen through the cracks somehow...after something like three weeks of trying to track the package and waiting for it to arrive...I requested a reorder...the package came within a few days....

Exceptional! Exceptional customer service and technical advice for purchase and installation of flue and chimney pipes for a wood stove. I called on several occasions with questions and every time I received competent technical advice without being shuffled from department to department. The company also has great tutorial videos on all the important components for woodstoves - these videos were a great asset! I also had a shipping issue and working with the customer support persons was a pleasure. They were proactive and communicated very well. All the products I needed were in stock, well priced and shipped promptly. I highly recommend working with Northline Express.

Buyer Beware Original order was made March 7; UPS was never contacted to pick it up. The item was supposed to be a birthday gift for a March 21st birthday - nothing delivered. After several phone calls with promises to follow up (and nothing happening), the item was reordered and finally delivered on March 29. I had to ask about a refund and was offered 20%. Unacceptable and disappointing.
