GBTop notch warranty handling I had a problem with a Fireplace remote, and it was handled swiftly and simply by the rep I talked to over the phone - and got a replacement. They automatically pulled up my original purchase by auto recognizing my phone number.

But I later found out that it was just a matter of replacing the batteries in the receiver. So I asked how to return the new one. GBEasy install I only wanted an on/off remote and was able to get one for around $100. Local fireplace store wanted $225. Personable and knowledgeable sales people with easy peasy install. Would definitely recommend.
