Exceptional customer service from the… Exceptional customer service from the first call to final resolution. Nicolas determined the problem and initiated the replacement while on the phone. Vince made sure my product was shipped and I had an RMA to return my original order. All this occurred within an hour of contacting the company. Certainly exceeded my expectations. The company was very pleasant to work… The company was very pleasant to work with. I purchased the remote to replace ours. But I later found out that it was just a matter of replacing the batteries in the receiver. So I asked how to return the new one. They responded quickly and sent me all the info I needed for a smooth return. Thank you so much!

Stop Spamming You shipped the product, and asked for feedback. Why do I have 5 emails from you? You're spamming people with that. You rating is low because of this. Send one email with product confirmation and send 1 email asking for a review. Do not follow up by sending another request for a review and then another. When people engage with a company, they do not expect to be over communicated to. Stop this terrible practice. If I get another email from you I will mark you as spam so I don't have to deal with it any more.

Correct remote/receiver Correct remote/receiver. Wish wouldn’t have had to purchase solenoid too. Local dealers couldn’t recommend proper model after told them 6 VDC output needed and latching relay. Bought wrong unit twice. Expensive.
