GBOrdered B-Vent parts which were back… Ordered B-Vent parts which were back ordered through all our major suppliers, North Country Fire had them in stock and we received everything within a week. We were able to get back on schedule with our job after thinking it would be weeks out to get the venting. Very impressed with their inventory and service!

GBWe were sent a defective fireplace We were sent a defective fireplace. They started out helping us by sending some parts. Then they referred us to Dimplex to solve the problem. Neither company has fixed it. We are stuck with a very expensive non-working fireplace. Don’t buy from these people. UPDATE - North Country Fire asked me for my order details so they could fix the problem. I sent the details immediately (3 days ago) and they have not reached out to me at all to rectify the problem. Still very unhappy with this company.

GBWhen I was Purchasing our Napoleon… When I was Purchasing our Napoleon LV/50 Fireplace. I realized its qualities with in. But ordering through North Country Fire. I had realized I could buy it anywhere, but through the process of installing it. I Realized the Support from Dean Allen Senior Technical Advisor. He was Extremely Helpful to not just myself but via my installer/ electrician and even the HVAC technician troubleshooting a problem with a faulty propane convertor valve. Dean Allen was So helpful From the beginning of the process all the Way until its Completion!!
