GBDean is the man!!!! Dean is the man!!!!! Dean is patient, kind, and very supportive. He walked me through the instructions and manuals that are just not clear or even correct in placement of the add on components. Dean had me send photos of my Monessen Aria 36 along with photos of my instruction manual, after wading through several emails of photos he was able to walk me through the install. Dean is a wealth of knowledge and uses his past installation experience and common sense to help with problems. One of the best assets a company could have. Thanks Dean.

I had realized I could buy it anywhere, but through the process of installing it. I Realized the Support from Dean Allen Senior Technical Advisor. He was Extremely Helpful to not just myself but via my installer/ electrician and even the HVAC technician troubleshooting a problem with a faulty propane convertor valve.
