Horrible Company Horrible Company. Customer service is useless. they deliver bottles you don't ask for and then refuse to call you back. Due to non payment because they will not return my call they assessed a 10.00 a month late fee which is outrageous. I highly recommend to avoid this company like the plague.

Primo Water Service?More like Primo Disappointment Service! Primo Water Service? More like Primo Disappointment Service! If you're looking for a company that specializes in making promises they can't keep, look no further. My delivery was supposed to arrive on Monday, but apparently, their idea of punctuality is as fluid as their water because it got postponed to Tuesday, then Wednesday, Thursday, and finally Friday. It's like they're playing a twisted game of delivery roulette with their customers' patience. And don't even get me started on their customer care. Sure, they'll guarantee you the world over the phone, but when it comes to actually delivering on those guarantees? Forget about it! It's like talking to a broken record, except the record isn't just repeating itself, it's actively ignoring your concerns. In short, if you enjoy endless waiting, broken promises, and being treated like your time doesn't matter, then by all means, sign up for Primo Water Service. But if you have an ounce of self-respect and value your sanity, steer clear of this circus of incompetence. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

No parts available...ever! I have two (out of warranty) bottom loaders that started overflowing; I discussed the problem with a CSR and was informed that she was not familiar with my problem, but did send a couple of emails one of which directed me to a Primo video which was specific to my problem; the video specified if this inspection failed to locate a problem then further communications with Primo will be required. I made a subsequent call and was informed that apart from replacing parts of the infrastructure, e.g., door etc. that I would have to purchase another unit as they did not source or have an out-source avenue for replacement parts. I am incredulous that a (perhaps?) low dollar item will prompt me to discard these two units. This is the epitome of a most myopic company!

Worst customer service in the world!! Worst customer service from the Greenville, SC office!! I spoke with their manager Michael today, and he was so rude and unprofessional that I'm still in shock! He canceled the delivery to our office because his delivery guy said it was too hard to get into our building and the water was heavy! Seriously, isn't that his job?!?! WTH I tired to explain another door to go into, but this idiot manager kept talking over me and then hung up on me. Great customer service, I will be leaving reviews everywhere to warn others.
