There were little red bugs swimming in… There were little red bugs swimming in the bottle of water that was delivered. We drank some of the water before we noticed them! Also, little black things that looked like iron shavings or could've been the dead bodies of the red things was in the water. Had to argue to get the water taken off our bill. We canceled the service. AND the delivery before this one included a bottle with a crack in it. And a few months before that we got a bottle of water that smelled like mold. I definitely would think twice before using this service.

On and on and on. They wont let you speak to someone above them to get it handled in a satisfactory manner. I am just seeing at this point they arent sending my refund and want me to give up. I am not the first customer this has happened to.

Called to have a water bottle replaced… Called to have a water bottle replaced because it was leaking. They charged me $14 for delivery. I have 1-2 bottles leaking every time. The customer service agent Brandy argued with me saying that since I requested a replacement I would be charged a delivery fee. Guys, this is the customer service you get with this company. Stay away.

Terrible customer service So. Frustrated. Terrible customer service. Went to collections (unknown to me… I lowered my deliveries to “0” because I had an excess of water due to being delivered 7 bottles two deliveries in a row... ) Long story short… I’m paid up… I paid as soon ans it came to my anttention and they said my account won’t be unlocked for 10 days!!!!!!! Completely insane. Ya’ll realize water is a NECESSITY, right? No. Wait 10 days. Cool. There is zero rational reason why it should take 10 days to unlock an acct that has been paid up. Bet they won’t knock anything off my cooler rental for these 10 days.

No parts available...ever! I have two (out of warranty) bottom loaders that started overflowing; I discussed the problem with a CSR and was informed that she was not familiar with my problem, but did send a couple of emails one of which directed me to a Primo video which was specific to my problem; the video specified if this inspection failed to locate a problem then further communications with Primo will be required. I made a subsequent call and was informed that apart from replacing parts of the infrastructure, e.g., door etc. that I would have to purchase another unit as they did not source or have an out-source avenue for replacement parts. I am incredulous that a (perhaps?) low dollar item will prompt me to discard these two units. This is the epitome of a most myopic company!
