AUI loved the initial service glass… I loved the initial service glass bottles great taste. Issue is when my second order was to arrive they canceled the order changed delivery date without notice. I was then told they would deliver on Monday. Monday came and was told it would be Friday. So I called and asked what's going on blah blah blah and was now told it will arrive Tuesday. In the mean time I bought a replacement PLASTIC bottle from Walmart different taste etc....I hope they get the rebate together or I'll have to find a new vendor.

GBDO NOT USE PRIMO WATER "***** DO NOT USE PRIMO WATER***** Its like a fraudulent company!!! Long story short, they attempt to charge you in any way possible!!! Customer service is absolutely not helpful; of course, they don't even apologize after noticing the mistake.

GBThere were little red bugs swimming in… There were little red bugs swimming in the bottle of water that was delivered. We drank some of the water before we noticed them! Also, little black things that looked like iron shavings or could've been the dead bodies of the red things was in the water. Had to argue to get the water taken off our bill. We canceled the service. AND the delivery before this one included a bottle with a crack in it. And a few months before that we got a bottle of water that smelled like mold. I definitely would think twice before using this service.

GBWorst customer service in the world!! Worst customer service from the Greenville, SC office!! I spoke with their manager Michael today, and he was so rude and unprofessional that I'm still in shock! He canceled the delivery to our office because his delivery guy said it was too hard to get into our building and the water was heavy! Seriously, isn't that his job?!?! WTH I tired to explain another door to go into, but this idiot manager kept talking over me and then hung up on me. Great customer service, I will be leaving reviews everywhere to warn others.

GBCalled to have a water bottle replaced… Called to have a water bottle replaced because it was leaking. They charged me $14 for delivery. I have 1-2 bottles leaking every time. The customer service agent Brandy argued with me saying that since I requested a replacement I would be charged a delivery fee. Guys, this is the customer service you get with this company. Stay away.
