It took me a few times to get through to their Customer Service, but once I did I explained my issue and the guy said someone would contact me within 72hrs. They did return my call within the alloted time and my new part is on the way. I also contacted them by email before I got through to Customer Service. They emailed me back within 2 days.

This is scam and worst company for… This is scam and worst company for water delivery. Multiple times called and sent new balance due after I canceled and payed account in full. Started to charge late fees even if I payed account balance. There was no other option except paying one more time. Be aware of this company

On and on and on. They wont let you speak to someone above them to get it handled in a satisfactory manner. I am just seeing at this point they arent sending my refund and want me to give up. I am not the first customer this has happened to.

The worst customer service ever The worst customer service ever! They put your account on hold when they can’t deliver your water. They change dates without telling you! Just canceled my account to have a peaceful life just not dealing with this company anymore!

It's a scam! Water Cooler arrived, however there should have been 2 x 10 ltr bottles of water included. There were none. I've been trying to contact them. Their emails get bounced back. There appears to be a mobile voicemail service on their official 0800 line. I've sent 3 messages via their support contact page and had no response at all. So basically it looks like a scam. Avoid at all costs.
