GBNon-existent customer service Order for table placed last week with request for assembly. No response thus far on the order. Several phone messages left with request for call back. Calls to customer service number posted on Flat fair website are not answered.

GBVery unprofessional "customer service" After calling all morning, someone finally answered the phone with "Hello?" I then confirmed with this person that I had called Flatfair and asked her to make a correction on my shipping address for an order that had not yet shipped, according to their website. I hope I get my order. I am not at all confident that I will. should have ordered with my local furniture store - with shipping it would have cost about the same. UPDATE - I was NOT contacted about a delivery appointment AND I'm still trying to get my zip code corrected. My order still shows "processing" after thirteen days and the zip code has not been changed.

GBDidn't have news about my order for 14 days!!! Don't have words to describe the experience with this website. It's just terrible, disappointing, stressing and annoying. I placed my order 13 days ago and haven't had any updates about it yet. Delivery time of the sofa I bought was supposed to be 1-2 weeks, it's been two weeks and I haven't received the sofa or any information about it!! I'm starting to think they're a scam and I lost my money. Customer service phone never works and they don't reply e-mails. Be careful.

GBGreat customer service, exceptional prices on big name brand furniture. I ordered an Ashley Furniture sectional & dining table set from FlatFair. This was my first time ordering furniture online, sight-unseen and I was a bit nervous. Due to delay on the part of the manufacturer, my sofa was back-ordered for quite some time. Flat-fair customer service was wonderful, always very responsive and kept me updated with every new development. I am so happy that I decided to wait it out, my new sofa & table are perfect!

GBReturns I wish I had looked more closely at their return policy. The items cannot be returned if package is open, not in original packaging, etc and they charge a restocking fee. The item I purchased was a Christmas gift and was not what they specifically wanted. Now the gift can't be returned. Partly my fault for not checking the return policy but most companies have decent return policies especially for gifts. Won't shop here again.
