Returns I wish I had looked more closely at their return policy. The items cannot be returned if package is open, not in original packaging, etc and they charge a restocking fee. The item I purchased was a Christmas gift and was not what they specifically wanted. Now the gift can't be returned. Partly my fault for not checking the return policy but most companies have decent return policies especially for gifts. Won't shop here again.

Similar to other sites I haven't bought anything from FlatFair, but they emailed me asking for a review. I saved a headboard to a wishlist and reviewed their bed collection extensively. I am very determined when I want to buy new furniture so I probably looked online and in a few local stores for a month before deciding. I found Flatfare's products and prices to be pretty similar to other sites, so I'd only consider buying a piece from them in the future if they had something uniquely sold here, or a really good deal.

They did not have the product. Just took my order and cancelled it. I don't understand how a company can advertise something, take your money, then tell you they don't have the product. Obviously this company is some sort of middle man, which in that case they are doing a poor job. Updated to 3 stars for good communication.

Pathetic Company always on the… Pathetic Company always on the landlords side when i have added proof to my end of tenancy deposit scheme Would give 0 Stars if possible for the pair of them I will be taking this to citizen advice + Solicitor to deal with them Avoid this company like the plague, i will leave the same review i have left Sowerby's here because they team up to destroy peoples future and potentially chances of getting another property + Credit Sowerbys and Flatfair well what can i say, They do not look after their Tennants who have been with them for years without fail on rent and they will not get any problems fixed in a property you live in just email the landlords and make you live in a house with Mould and Damp and when the heating packs in due to cowboy Boiler Man they will try and say you have run the boiler low even though you have just got oil for the tank Please see attached photos and proof of how they treat their Customers/Tennants The Property i moved in at 72 The Street, Felthorpe as you can see on the Inventory there was damp and mould in the house on arrival and now they are trying to charge me £1600 to cover Loads of random Costs ! Horrible flatfair.com!!! On October 23, 2018 my husband ordered 6,000 dollars furnitures from flatfair.com. The customer service was excellent when we placed those orders. However, we found one side table missing parts. We tried several times to contact customer service. Now it has been three weeks. Still no answer. Absolutely, terrible horrible customer service!!! Never buy furniture from flatfair.com
