GBCome on... Well, first off I paid for my item, and a month later got notice they didn't have it. I am an understanding person, but was frustrated by that. Instead of woeing me, the representative Ester kept pushing back with frustration herself. Look, Im the customer. not you. Your responsibility is to KEEP my business, not push me away to NEVER use your business again. I am NEVER one to write bad reviews but this person is just BAD FOR BUSINESS.

GBDon't shop here. Purchased furniture items on the website which don't actually exist. No one answers the phone when calling customer service and when I did get an email saying the items were no longer available they wouldn't refund my $1000 unless I sent a written request. The person on the phone hardly spoke English and was oviously outside of the country. They also demanded copies of my utility bills which I have no idea why an ecommerce company would need to see my utility bills after my credit card was already charged and funds deducted. Seems like a phony company to me. I hope my credit card company can refund me my $1000.

GBReturns I wish I had looked more closely at their return policy. The items cannot be returned if package is open, not in original packaging, etc and they charge a restocking fee. The item I purchased was a Christmas gift and was not what they specifically wanted. Now the gift can't be returned. Partly my fault for not checking the return policy but most companies have decent return policies especially for gifts. Won't shop here again.

GBPathetic Company always on the… Pathetic Company always on the landlords side when i have added proof to my end of tenancy deposit scheme Would give 0 Stars if possible for the pair of them I will be taking this to citizen advice + Solicitor to deal with them Avoid this company like the plague, i will leave the same review i have left Sowerby's here because they team up to destroy peoples future and potentially chances of getting another property + Credit Sowerbys and Flatfair well what can i say, They do not look after their Tennants who have been with them for years without fail on rent and they will not get any problems fixed in a property you live in just email the landlords and make you live in a house with Mould and Damp and when the heating packs in due to cowboy Boiler Man they will try and say you have run the boiler low even though you have just got oil for the tank Please see attached photos and proof of how they treat their Customers/Tennants The Property i moved in at 72 The Street, Felthorpe as you can see on the Inventory there was damp and mould in the house on arrival and now they are trying to charge me £1600 to cover Loads of random Costs ! I will be taking this to Citizen advice and get a solicitor involved in this matter ASAP Many Thanks Andrew Lynn Please check there recent review i have left and many others !! on google reviews

GBOnce prompted about shipment, item was immediately delivered. Great Prices. After a week, hadn't heard anything about shipment. Queried them as to when delivery would occur. Received a rapid reply and shipment arrived in 2 days. If I didn't feel compelled to prompt them about delivery in the first place, rating would have been 5 stars.
