GBFlatFair is NOT an Honest Seller FlatFair will advertise one price on their website, and after you pay, they cancelled my order and re-billed me a higher price. They then tried to tell me I had to either pay a restocking fee to cancel the order. They didn't even try to help me. Any reputable other company would have stood behind the price they listed. Their customer service gives you 1000 excuses about their business practices, and offers no solutions. They even told me, "they no longer advertise nationally and are focusing on the local market". That's because you rip people off! I called my Credit Card Company and issues a stop payment on the order. Unbelievable.

GBPathetic Company always on the… Pathetic Company always on the landlords side when i have added proof to my end of tenancy deposit scheme Would give 0 Stars if possible for the pair of them I will be taking this to citizen advice + Solicitor to deal with them Avoid this company like the plague, i will leave the same review i have left Sowerby's here because they team up to destroy peoples future and potentially chances of getting another property + Credit Sowerbys and Flatfair well what can i say, They do not look after their Tennants who have been with them for years without fail on rent and they will not get any problems fixed in a property you live in just email the landlords and make you live in a house with Mould and Damp and when the heating packs in due to cowboy Boiler Man they will try and say you have run the boiler low even though you have just got oil for the tank Please see attached photos and proof of how they treat their Customers/Tennants The Property i moved in at 72 The Street, Felthorpe as you can see on the Inventory there was damp and mould in the house on arrival and now they are trying to charge me £1600 to cover Loads of random Costs ! GBgreat customer service! The desk I wanted turned out to be out of stock, so a representative contacted me quickly to give me options. I decided to be put on a waiting list, and flatfair kept me notified of all progress on my order. They were very apologetic about the mistake and took very good care of me from start to finish.

GBReturns I wish I had looked more closely at their return policy. The items cannot be returned if package is open, not in original packaging, etc and they charge a restocking fee. The item I purchased was a Christmas gift and was not what they specifically wanted. Now the gift can't be returned. Partly my fault for not checking the return policy but most companies have decent return policies especially for gifts. Won't shop here again.

GBFurniture Confusing notification system. Part of order was on back order so we cancelled, notifications showed total order and cost. Furniture was shipped on a truck without a lift gate. Tried to change delivery address to husbands work and would have been charged an up charge. Luckily (?) road was flooded, so UPS wanted to deliver elsewhere so delivered to work with a loading dock. Furniture is great.
