I have never had such a wonderful experience when purchasing furniture in the past. Hernest sells top quality furniture! My item had some missing pieces and as soon as I contacted them, they quickly sent out the correct pieces. Hilda was the sweet customer service representative that I was working with and she was so sweet and made every effort to make sure that I was happy! I highly recommend this company and I will definitely purchase from them again!

Okay ordered a dresser n nightstand Okay ordered a dresser n nightstand. Dresser came in two boxes. Lots assembly nightstand never came Multiple times reached out to them. Said tracking but 16 weeks later never got it. Still fighting for refund.

Great Customer Service for my Issue We received an outdoor Deck Box as a wedding gift last Fall. It was purchased on Amazon and supplied by Hernest. I did not try to assemble it until this Spring (after the snow was gone) and when I opened the box, I realized it was missing the Hardware Kit (Screws, Hinges, Latch, etc...). I contacted the phone number listed and the support team was very friendly and helpful. Rather than wait several weeks for a replacement Hardware Kit to be sent, they offered to send a complete new replacement Deck Box. I had the new box in a few days and it assembled with no issues. The communication was excellent and I am completely satisfied with the product and company. Thank You for your help.

OUTSTANDING Customer Service Ordered 4 dining chairs that more than met my expectations. Unfortunately they didn’t work with my table. I would like to thank Hilda, my customer service rep, who handled my order, the ensuing trucking issues, and the return process. She provided daily contact ensuring I was completely satisfied. I can attest to Hernest excellent customer service which is not often found today. Kudos to Hernest. I will continue to purchase from Hernest without hesitation.

Worse than Wal-Mart furniture Every piece is damaged, cracked, scraped, worn...multiple pieces missing. Terrible China customer service. Some pieces were drilled wrong, then filled with white putty, then partially drilled elsewhere. Drawer rails fall off as the screws are too small. All this after waiting 8 weeks. Save your money and buy something from craigslist
