One downside is that I haven’t been able to fit all four chairs into the compartment, so I have one floating chair that I’m not sure what to do with. Also one of the latches broke off but it didn’t affect the functionality.

When I contacted the company, they rectified the issue quickly and courteously. This is a company that obviously cares about its customers. This is hard to find these days. Great Customer Service for my Issue We received an outdoor Deck Box as a wedding gift last Fall. It was purchased on Amazon and supplied by Hernest. I did not try to assemble it until this Spring (after the snow was gone) and when I opened the box, I realized it was missing the Hardware Kit (Screws, Hinges, Latch, etc...). I contacted the phone number listed and the support team was very friendly and helpful. Rather than wait several weeks for a replacement Hardware Kit to be sent, they offered to send a complete new replacement Deck Box. I had the new box in a few days and it assembled with no issues. The communication was excellent and I am completely satisfied with the product and company. Thank You for your help.
