Great customer service!!! The dryer drum stopped turning and I was hoping our technician dispatched, was Scott (since I had previous great service with him and Sears Home Services). And, I was not disappointed. He found the broken belt and had it replaced in no time. He was used to the complicated removal of parts to get to replacing the belt. This comes with knowledge and experience. He also has a great personality and extortionary professionalism. He can fix anything!

Never showed up for a requested repair… Never showed up for a requested repair appointment. Could not call a technician, all I got was a phone number for an automated message system. Appointment time was 8am-5pm!!! All day and no notifications to close in on a closer time of arrival... I tried 6 different numbers for this company, and they all redirected me to the same automatic message. No customer service! Changed contractor for my repair. Going with a company that cares enough to reach out and let me know whether they were coming or not!

It's a cold rainy day & technician did… It's a cold rainy day & technician did show up for my freezer evaluation. Made a few phone calls & made recommendation for replacement. Thank you Sears. This has been a long journey for me especially hosting family & company but not enough food storage but I managed. Thank U.

Extremely disappointed If I could leave zero stars, I would do so. I scheduled a repair appointment for the afternoon time slot. I took the afternoon off of work. I waited. I waited some more with notifications through text that my technician was two stops away, then one stop away. At 4:51 (the time frame is between 1 and 5) I receive a call that the technician is unavailable and my appointment must be rescheduled. Excuse me? I realize times are different now and workers are getting harder to find, leaving those who are working over-burdened… but you couldn’t notify me sooner? Highly unprofessional, terrible customer service.

My service technician was Jeremy he… My service technician was Jeremy he came at the time he was scheduled he was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed my dryer quicker than I expected I give him 5 ⭐️ and I recommend his services to any customer Thanks
