Great customer service!!! The dryer drum stopped turning and I was hoping our technician dispatched, was Scott (since I had previous great service with him and Sears Home Services). And, I was not disappointed. He found the broken belt and had it replaced in no time. He was used to the complicated removal of parts to get to replacing the belt. This comes with knowledge and experience. He also has a great personality and extortionary professionalism. He can fix anything!

I have had the Sears Home Warranty for over 5 years I have had the Sears Home Warranty for 5 years. Some times troubles, but this was during Covid. The Sears Techs were here to help during this time, and since then as well with my appliances. If needing to reschedule, would let me know.. Otherwise, the professional people being scheduled for the work to be done on my dishwasher and refrigerator has been worth the monthly payment. thank you

A Trustworthy/Professional Tech Matthew was both very helpful and professional.He took the time and correctly diagnosed the problem and didn't just cob the repair like the previous technician from CT who Miss Fichtel purchased a warranty through.The last 2 "repairs" we were told it was the floater switch....little fiddling under the front of the dishwasher the previous techs repair was just a temporary band aid to hopefully get her through to the next incident knowing he would not be returning to do any more work. Anyways Matthew was beyond helpful and instead of crossing our fingers to hope a replacement pump could be found Miss Fichtel went ahead and purchased a new dishwasher as recommended. Five stars across the board for Matthew 👏👏

It's a cold rainy day & technician did… It's a cold rainy day & technician did show up for my freezer evaluation. Made a few phone calls & made recommendation for replacement. Thank you Sears. This has been a long journey for me especially hosting family & company but not enough food storage but I managed. Thank U.

No more leak! I was super impressed with the professionalism of this technician. He took the time to explain all the issues that he found, and he was able to repair them in a timely manner. He even went so far as to discuss with me why he felt these appliances would last me a long time. I think when a technician truly cares, it comes out in the work they do. I will definitely be calling Sears home services again.
