Easy ordering and great customer service Cook's Direct was recommended by a family member. Ordering was very easy. The item I ordered said it would ship within 2 business days. I ended up calling after 2 weeks and no notification of order shipping. I surprised to have the call answered by a live person who was able to help me quickly and responded by email by the following morning. My only mistake was in ordering the wrong size drinking glass. I had to send them back both times because they were either scratched, dented, or the wrong product. The company was very kind to refund my money, but I still do not have a quality pan.
