GBGood communication Price was better than anywhere else. Had a few product issues that needed additional information and customer service was prompt with responding to emails. Updated shipping charges were resolved very quickly. Item shipped in half the time quoted. Will order from Cook's Direct again.

GBClean great but suck otherwise While these pots are the easiest I've ever cleaned, the nonstick coating on the big pot started coming off around month three. They scratch and burn easily. The bottom got a burn mark on first use. I had it on medium heat; that has never happened before with my other pots.

GBNever use this company. There are so many great restaurant/ cooking equipment restaurants out there that have great policies and prices, unfortunately this is not one. Very poor product descriptions that are misleading, very poor customer service to top that off. Not going into a lot of detail, just would advise others to shop around and avoid this company cooks direct at all costs.

GBcarbon steel pans Ordered 3 carbon steel pans. They shipped quickly. One was on back order but it arrived shortly after first shipment. The order shipped from Cooks Direct did not have any packing materials in the box but the contents arrived was fine. The labeling on the outside of the box did have it marked fragile. I found the best pricing at Cook's Direct. Will order from them again.
