Great shopping experience! Was in a pinch and needed an Oktoberfest costume in a hurry. The website was very detailed, the size charts very very accurate (unlike some other big name comapanies I've previously used). Ordering online was very easy, and they made sure to keep me posted on expected delivery time via e-mail. The costume exceeded my expectations. It was very well put together, and quite a bargain! Great company/experience, and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Good Company Things arrived sooner than expected. Things were better quality than expected. My order was not complete, called the company-spoke to a live person that was very nice and very efficient, my problem was corrected by the next day.. yep, the items were on my front porch the next day. Click, quick, and slick! Easy to find what I want, from final order submitted to arrival. All was completed quickly and arrived packaged well. Only misleading thing is "free shipping for orders bigger than $xx dollars" but it only applies to US orders, need to read in the small print on shipping rules to identify does not apply to Canadian orders. That's the reason for the one star loss, great customer service means 100% transparency which I don't feel was clear on this point.
