First Order This was our first order from Hudson Reed, the towel warmer came in damaged (probabily in transit) the customer service rep was very good and sent out a replacement right away. it came a few days later in perfect shape. the product is good quality with a nice finish

Damaged Product and Happily Replaced The product I received back in November was poorly packaged and the product was damaged. The team contacted me and replaced the product. It was such an easy process and I really appreciate how quickly the responses were through email. To be honest, they were chasing me down at times. I very much appreciate the team effort. Good customer service Hello, I’m a Plumber, i purchased this heated towel bar from your company because the building prints specified it. A couple days after placing the order i found out the customer had changed their mind and told the contractor but not me. I sent a email to your customer support about needing to return this product and they were very helpful and explained what i needed to do. I should receive my refund soon.
