GBCustomer support is genuine. Products work great through rain and shine. Customer service is really thoughtful. Called me and explained how my purchases items would arrive to clear up and confusion/concerns before they arose. Also, one of the associates offered help via phone with equipment if needed during set up. Wasn’t needed though. Will definitely recommend to friends/family that are looking for a fresh adventure ahhh get it.

GBI ordered a full month ago & it has not… I ordered a full month ago & it has not shipped. There was no indication at the time I ordered the item that it was not in stock/available. Even after I received notification last week that it had been shipped, tracking indicates the postal carrier has not received it.

GBI want to tell the world about the… I want to tell the world about the customer service guy that just help me. His name is Jonas... All I can say is OMG this guy love and care about his customers. He was so helpful, he answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the equipment. Because of him i didn't only buy one Delta Max Extended Battery I got 2. He made me feel safe buying online. Thank you so much and God Bless you Jonas.

GBIncreased Price after Reaching Out. Then lied. Update: The company told Trustpilot my review is fake... Luckily I took screenshots and sent them to Trustpilot. Goes to show how big of a scam this company is. There is a chat prompt that says to ask for a discount. I reached out for an Ecoflow 110w solar panel. After reaching out, Jonas increased the price by $40 lol... Then he claimed it was due to his colleague. It's pretty clear he is the owner and has no colleagues. Sad to see a small business like this acting shady. TrustPilot does not allow pictures but I do have screenshots of the chat.
