He was so helpful, he answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the equipment. Because of him i didn't only buy one Delta Max Extended Battery I got 2. Great Customer Service I ordered one of their MyFAKs (made by MyMedic). First, the customer service was great. (Not just good, it was great. Jonas was very seriously the best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with) The color I ordered was on back order so they called me and helped me get something similar, which shipped within a day or two. Now I know that Fresh Adventure doesn’t control the actual quality of the product since it’s made by another company, but regardless, the kit is very well made. The entire experience has put Fresh Adventure on my list of Go-To’s the next time I need to order something First Aid related.
