I ordered a full month ago & it has not… I ordered a full month ago & it has not shipped. There was no indication at the time I ordered the item that it was not in stock/available. Even after I received notification last week that it had been shipped, tracking indicates the postal carrier has not received it.

He was so helpful, he answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the equipment. Because of him i didn't only buy one Delta Max Extended Battery I got 2. Although I requested a refund well after the return period of 30 days, I was able to return the product for a substantial refund.
