GBI ordered a full month ago & it has not… I ordered a full month ago & it has not shipped. There was no indication at the time I ordered the item that it was not in stock/available. Even after I received notification last week that it had been shipped, tracking indicates the postal carrier has not received it.

GBGreat Customer Service I ordered one of their MyFAKs (made by MyMedic). First, the customer service was great. (Not just good, it was great. Jonas was very seriously the best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with) The color I ordered was on back order so they called me and helped me get something similar, which shipped within a day or two. Now I know that Fresh Adventure doesn’t control the actual quality of the product since it’s made by another company, but regardless, the kit is very well made. The entire experience has put Fresh Adventure on my list of Go-To’s the next time I need to order something First Aid related.
