Great communication and timely… Great communication and timely responses from Customer Support. Was ordering a backordered product and estimates re: arrival and shipping were accurate. Was a little hesitant to buy an expensive item from an unknown (to me) website, but no regrets and will plan to order from them again. used trustpilot reviews before deciding to order.

Customer support is genuine. Products work great through rain and shine. Customer service is really thoughtful. Called me and explained how my purchases items would arrive to clear up and confusion/concerns before they arose. Also, one of the associates offered help via phone with equipment if needed during set up. Wasn’t needed though. Will definitely recommend to friends/family that are looking for a fresh adventure ahhh get it.

Stay away from this company Stay away from this company . Jonas will tell you what you want to hear , just for him to get your sale and money . After you make a purchase , the shipping circumstances change . Plus don’t even think about asking them to match prices . They will go out of their way to sabotage the other company offering a lower price , thus forcing you in their corner . Then try to hit you with a bs credit card fee when no other company does that . I needed a product for a trip and gave Jonas the deadline . He said if I ordered it Sunday it will process and ship Monday . It never did it took two days to ship the item , which caused the delivery date to fall the following week because it shipped sorry drop shipped from California !!! Not Texas like he said it would , again another lie !!!! Because of his dishonesty , my trip in the end was canceled because I didn’t have the product I needed in time !!! I will never buy from you again , and will tell everyone to avoid going to you . He knew I needed on or before the 14th , didn’t care what he said and told me , just said it to get the sale , and ruined the other company who had the product cheaper . With the same delivery time . Which drop shipped , they didn’t even have the damn product in stock , had it been in their own warehouse they could’ve dictated which warehouse to send it from , but it was drop shipped from California which I said I didn’t want Edit Jonas you offered to cancel my order and charge me a damn fee !!! That’s not a refund!!!! What hell you need a fee for when it’s drop shipped and you do nothing on your end other than a few mouse clicks . further more , you over charged to begin with on the unit and decided to match ecoflows pricing when I pointed it out . What special pricing ?? Cut the nosense man , you only matched the price that ecoflow was selling it for , you didn’t go out of your way to give me a super discounted price at all, in fact you tried to upcharge me by using a credit fee as a excuse . Why am I filled with negative emotions ??? Becusse you are a liar!!! That’s why !!! And it was personally on sale . It was on sale on ecoflows website for $999 all you did was match that every store aside from the one you sabotaged had it for $999 your company had it for $1030. You did nothing more !! So cut the cute act of being innocent and trying to make me look bad online . You are a liar !!! And one more thing to point out what a liar you are , you said “upon receiving the tracking number you immediately reached out to offer a refund “ what a crock of nonsense that is . You never reached out to me , I reached out to you first . And furthermore you said nothing after I got the tracking number . You only offered a Fee endured refund prior to me getting the tracking number !!!!!! You the biggest liar !!!!!!!!!! You never reached out immediately after the tracking was avail , never !!!! In fact the only thing you said was , your order just shipped , and I should receive the tracking number any min , and ty for your patience ….. liar liar liar !!!! Drowning in lies !!! Stop lying !!!! Reply to edit There was no miscommunication misunderstanding Jonas. Your words and English were very clear . You stated that had I ordered Sunday the order will process and ship out Monday , and you have seen it get delivered in as little as 1 day , and 3 days max is 5 day’s. I ordered Sunday as you advised to . It never processed Monday it got delivered 7 days later !!!! No miscommunication no misunderstanding clear as day what you said . The risk is mine based on your advice per the situation . Had you not given me that advice I never would have purchased from you . It was the shipping that kept me as a purchaser. So again stop deflecting the blame .
